Next generation rural broadband

South West UK was one of the first places in the world to have access to the new Starlink broadband internet service. The service was then expanded to cover the whole of the country.

Starlink promises to transform the way rural areas connect to the internet with speeds of up to 400Mbps download and 20mbps+ upload. Running a business from home or from any rural location will now be possible even in the most remote parts of the UK.

Due to the low-latency of a Starlink connection it is suitable for video calling systems like Zoom and FaceTime. It also works with WhatsApp, mobile WiFi calling and Digital Voice/VoIP providers. Our partner, Devon Comms Ltd. have now installed over 1000 Starlink systems and have had 100% positive customer satisfaction with the broadband connection.

Wireless Connections / WiFi

Starlink is so fast that the connection can be shared with multiple buildings or neighbours as long as you have a line-of-sight to the other location. This means that you can share the connection with other buildings at your location or share the initial Starlink hardware purchase and monthly charge with someone else.

Starlink delivers fantastic broadband speeds. However, as with all broadband connections, they tend to only include an entry level wireless access point with the included router. We partner with Devon Comms Ltd., to provide a range of WiFi services. Call us on 01392 690456 to find out more.

Digital Voice (VoIP) Telephone

If you want to cut the cord completely and retain your landline number, we are able to offer you our Digital Voice (VoIP) service. This service includes unlimited calls to UK landline and mobile phones.

The Digital Voice service works with a free smartphone app which allows you to make and receive phone calls using a landline number from your mobile phone whenever it has an active internet connection (4G/5G or WiFi) or a from a physical corded or cordless phone system connected to your Starlink router (with ethernet adapter). A voicemail service can be configured to email messages from unanswered phone calls.

New Starlink Business packages now available

Starlink Business is now available in the UK at a reduced price of £150.00+VAT (£180.00) per month for their 1TB priority data package. This offers a significant discount on the original price of the service and is much better value than leased lines and dedicated ethernet circuits. A major benefit of the Starlink system compared to leased lines is that you’re are not tied into a long term contract. Once your hardware is purchased it belongs to you and you can cancel the service at anytime. Starlink have now introduced a new package for small and medium sized companies who don’t require much priority data. The new package is £80.00+VAT (£96.00) per month and includes 40GB of priority data. Once your priority data has been used, your account then switches back to unlimited non-priority data.
